Sandy Krenz from Ocala giving Floor Factory Outlet 5 stars. Choosing the right floor was super easy! Installed the next day and absolutely love it. Returned one full box as it wasn't needed and couldn't have been easier. All the staff was courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable .

Richard Rest Billy the salesman was very helpful picking our flooring. He laid out three of each sample so we could see the difference. He guided us to the right colors from our drawer. Jon the installer came out and measured our home. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Jon and his helper were very professional and clean. The flooring looks great and we are very happy with them.

FFO at 9598 S.W. 114th St., Ocala was great to work with. The people were friendly and knowledgeable about vinal flooring. Large stock and very good prices. They allowed us to take home a few pieces to see what it would look like in our home. The installers they sent us were fantastic. Jon and Harry came in did their job. answered any questions and were in and out in two days. The quarter round molding was done very professionally too. I give Floor Factory Outlet Ocala a 10.

The sales executives at the Floor Factory Outlet in Ocala were very helpful with selection but I would have liked a little more input from sales staff. All was great with installation the team was friendly and very accommodating and did a great job. The downfall was I had a problem with a section of floor after a few months and had a terrible time getting someone to come look at the problem and schedule a time to fix it. We had a great experience at floor factory outlet in Port Orange. Scott gave us an incredible deal on a beautiful luxury vinyl plank floor that fit our budget. Great customer service, beautiful flooring, fantastic price and installation fees are half that of a big box store. Thanks again Scott! We will be back!
