Paid $30000 for fiberglass windows and house aluminum trim. Job is half done. I have reservations about some of the work done and asked questions. Ive been given the runaround as far as when job will be completed. I have foam around windows that has now turned yellow, birds are picking at it. Its been three weeks since windows have been installed and no one has been to my house yet after my numerous complaints! Paid over $40,000 for new windows, the installers that came out waited til the very end to tell me two major windows (facing front of the house) were missing. They advised me they would be ordered on priority order and would be there in 4-6 weeks. Fast forward 13 weeks, the windows still havent arrived. Although their promise was I wouldnt pay on the windows until the job was COMPLETE. Ive been paying since the initial install date. No one from customer service is returning my calls at this point. Nov 2021 they were planning on replacing window frames that were fading and chocking, still waiting on service , called them in Feb 2023 and April 2023, still no reply, they say parts on order. Bad customer service, they dont support their products.

The way this company chooses to go about business is both disrespectful and disgusting! They talk in circles and throw out numbers as if the customer they are talking too are degenerates. They lie the minute they walk in the door and have zero respect for your home, no slippers on their shoes, no knocking on doors to re enter, no proper introduction to find out what you are looking for. This company has been very unprofessional with me. Ive been waiting since 6/2022 for a new window wall to my balcony. ****** was the rep that I signed a contract with on 5/24/22.At that time I gave her a check for a large down payment on the contracted amount. That check was cashed 5/31/22.When I called her for an update on 9/28/22 I had to leave a voice mail. I also sent her an email requesting an update for installation. Had windows and door wall installed by Majic window, door wall improperly installed and it leaked and rotted floor underneath. First trip by warranty said not their problem, got worse, came back out. Oops our fault should have fixed this before it got so bad. Was told theyd cover flooring cost that was a lie but we needed flooring replaced. So once again paid Majic higher cost thinking wed be taken care of but still not the case. Last year I called for warranty service to replace a crank handle for a casement window as well as replacement door on door wall. Just like the old saying that the check is is in the mail I get; it should be in next shipment. I paid for this warranty service in my bottom line. great product but ***** in warranty.

If I could give the service and or warranty **** a negative star I would I have been dealing with a warranty issue for 7 months now every time I call its a different story every time and all I get is I will call you back in a hour or so and never get callled back so when I call I believe they ignore my calls because Im sure they have called id they sure didnt have a problem taking my money for the window god awful customer service

I wouldnt waste your time with this company. One issue after another. Quoted **** weeks for lead time. 16 weeks later still nothing. If you want to babysit and track things down yourself this is the right company to use. Finally after almost 5 months (and them running my credit twice due to them taking so long and original credit report expiring) they were installed.
