Never Trust Majic Windows they do a slight of hand! I was told by the salesman from Majic that Majic could custom match my exterior paint when replacing the windows and door walls. I gave them the paint formula and they failed to match the exterior as promised. When I complained about the color I was brought several samples of colors and told to pick one. Do not use. They harass you and call multiple times even after you tell them youre not interested. Also dont appreciate being asked if the salesperson can talk to my parents in my own home, as an adult woman. I will never use them for windows or anything.

We had windows installed by Majic Windows earlier in the year and I would not recommend anyone use their services.Their sales pitch was a high pressure sales pitch which required that both I and my wife be present before we were given a quote. The sales person initially gave a ridiculously high quote, then gave repeatedly lower quotes that had to be accepted on the spot (including a wavier of the a consumer's right to cancel the agreement for 3 days under Michigan law). Majic sent a guy named **** to out house to give us a quote. We were told he was a manager of some sort, that we wouldnt have to deal with a salesman. We signed up to have our roof done; we were told it would be done in 3 weeks (this was 10/06/2021). Within a few days I received the finance paperwork via email- my name was spelled incorrectly. Company refused to provide an estimate without my husband present. This is a discriminatory practice and I can't believe it's still happening in 2021. Even though I explained to them that I am the decision maker and I am the one that's going to pay them should I choose their service, they would not come out until I commit to my spouse being there. Never deal with a company that demands that!

I am unhappy with these windows installed I spent $15000 on 11 windows for not up to par windows the screens are hard to get un and out and attention to detail is not there for this kind of money wish I would have gone else where and probably for a lot less money. also want these screens fixed.

If our issues FINALLY get resolved I will update and upgrade my review. Today I am just completely frustrated. We had our windows (whole house+patio slider) installed in March 2021. Actual windows are great...seeing BIG improvement in electric bills. Finishing work was terrible and they cracked our drywall installing the patio slider, cracked 2 window sills, a piece of siding, trim work was sub par and left a mess outside as well as dust everywhere as nothing was covered when they did the work. Hello Team, I started with Majic window over a year ago and still have issues. the communication from the company is just terrible and no one wants to take ownership . first I ordered window some time in early May 2020 and they told me it would take about 6 weeks for my windows to show up ..
