Wish leaving zero stars was an option.... Based on a recommendation, we had Majic replace all windows in our home in the fall of 2015 because the windows were original to the home (1957). We started to notice some major water damage underneath the front window over the past few months, the drywall is bowing and peeling off. We scheduled for Majic to come look at the window on 10/17 and he said the j-channel wasn't caulked properly so he caulked it and it was all fixed. I was told the windows would be much quieter than my previous windows when it came to the traffic from the road. It's a little more muffled but had I known the difference I would have just kept my previous ones for the amount I paid for a little better.

I had Majic install a bath liner. They installed one for me previously and I had a wonderful experience. This time was totally different. Started with them not showing or calling for estimate appointment. When I called to find out what was going on, they had the incorrect address. However, they didn’t call to question. Once I got someone out, she told me my order would be expedited because my tub was cracked and couldn’t be used, but I had to pay her then. The sales person was horrible. How do you start at 15,500 for 8 windows in a condo and end up near 8,900 with a promise to sign a waiver I wont tell my neighbors how much I paid. Are you kidding me. How many people have they ripped off. He starts off saying here's a 5 minute video to watch about our company. After 2 minutes right In the middle of the video he grabs the laptop and turns off the video. He must have been late for happy hour. He tried and tried to get us to sign at 15,000 and then 12,000. Stick to windows. They sent one guy to replace the wood trim and it took over a month. They charged us before the job was done and didn’t complete the job as quoted. Customer service and sales never returned my calls. The actual work completed was good but disappointed with the non response.

I called months ago fir warranty work to be done but continue to get the run around. It has been almost 6 months. I even called the company in Canada that does the work fir them. To no avail.

I left work early to get home for a sales rep to give me a quote. My husband was at a rehearsal for work and was not home. The sales rep would not give me a quote. He left my house. No one told me from the company that my spouse had to be there too. That is ridiculous. All I want is basic white fiberglass windows. All I want is a simple quote. There is no need for both of us to be present for that. I will not reschedule. Majic will not get my business. I will spread the word with my friends of this experience.

We hired Majic windows to replace our front door and windows. We chose a mahogany stained door. We were happy with the looks of the door; however, the first time it rained after they installed the door, we had water coming into our house through the sidelight. We called, they sent one of their employees to fix the sidelight with caulking, however, it continued to leak.
