Kim is a well-informed salesperson. Very timely with responses. Installers were also great to work with.
Michael's was the only place to answer my request for a estimate. They were friendly, a great price on flooring, and the installers were very professional. The rooms look great.

All involved did a great job through out this entire process. Dave was fantastic with the start of choosing the flooring and made certain I saw all of the variations available . He’s fantastic and knows this business of flooring very well. The guys that did the install did a fantastic job too!! They were on time and got the job completed when promised . We wanted to get wood flooring for our bedrooms and new carpet in the family room. We had a great selection to choose from and excellent material and pricing. The installers showed up on time and were very polite and efficient. We would recommend Michael's to anyone wanting this type of updating. Good job! **** *****

Very professional and quick!
The carpet ordered was 16ft and the installer picked it up and discovered it was 15ft. Due to time constraints we couldnt return it and instead he needed to cut it and now theres an apparent seam in the middle of the room. Even if it was measured before taken home, we couldnt possibly wait another two weeks with an emptied bedroom to get the correct measurements!! They arent accurate or precise unfortunately!

Hi all my great BBB folks, Customer came in and purchased on July 17, 2024, and picked up on July 31, 2024, special ordered carpet with their own measurements from their own installer (contractor). These measurements were written on their signed contract through ******** customer signed off and initialed on those sizes (cuts), customer wanted us to cut *****, and ***** and that's what they received, not sure why you would have seam down the middle of your room? we can't return something that was cut just for your specific pr... read more
In filing a complaint with the BBB on Michaels, we were told that they could do nothing regarding it since the installation of flooring happened over a year ago.We can, however, leave a review. I would not use this company again in a million years. We bought both carpeting and laminate flooring from them in 2017 and spent upwards of $6,000. They installed both. Michaels's Flooring has just been terribly. I have used them in the past and had a few issues. This time it has gone too far. I ordered flooring and the wrong vents were delivered. I did not know the wrong vents had been delivered until the very end of the job as we could not move our furniture back into the two rooms. The installers also just scrapped the paint off of the baseboards when removing them. I was told that the issue with the vents would be resolved the following Friday.
