*****, in sales was wonderful to work with. No problems at all. Pick up was quick and easy at warehouse even after terrible flooding a month ago....all cleaned up! Friendly folks.

We keep going back to Michaels. Have used for our medical office and home. Never any pressure to up sale. Complete patience even when we arrive not long before closing time. Carpet is a hard thing to choose for most people and our sales people have always been ****** patient. They have a great selection and are happy to send us with the sample board to try out. 5 stars!!!

*****, the *******, ** manager, was quite the problem solver for us. We needed a quick turnaround and ***** was quick to give us options. Pricing was affordable. The installers were courteous and did a nice job. I would recommend Michaels to anyone.
