Not great sales experience. It was very difficult to get our salesman to return our calls. Almost as if he didn't care if he sold us the flooring Our install experience was terrific and made up for the sales experience. Installers were very professional and helpful, punctual and thorough.

Everything about this sale and installation was perfect! From the original conversation with my salesman (Jerry) through the installation with Jay, Justin and Nick. They came when they said they would and did a magnificent job. I am so pleased with this company. It is clear they have been doing this for a long time and know exactly how to make it look amazing.
