Michael's Flooring helped me with a large carpet job, and they also helped some of my other relatives with their past flooring needs. Not great sales experience. It was very difficult to get our salesman to return our calls. Almost as if he didn't care if he sold us the flooring Our install experience was terrific and made up for the sales experience. Installers were very professional and helpful, punctual and thorough.
