Not great sales experience. It was very difficult to get our salesman to return our calls. Almost as if he didn't care if he sold us the flooring Our install experience was terrific and made up for the sales experience. Installers were very professional and helpful, punctual and thorough.
This team is knowledgeable and friendly, what a winning combination! They were patient and not pushy while I weighed my options and helped me find the best flooring for my needs.
I would highly recommend Michaels Flooring. They have an excellent team from purchasing all the way to the installers. They went above and beyond my expectations and Jasons installation team was outstanding, giving me quality floors in less time that I was told it would take with top notch precision. I will definitely will recommend to others and plan on using this company on any future projects. I couldn't be any happier!
Everything about this sale and installation was perfect! From the original conversation with my salesman (Jerry) through the installation with Jay, Justin and Nick. They came when they said they would and did a magnificent job. I am so pleased with this company. It is clear they have been doing this for a long time and know exactly how to make it look amazing. I will definitely use them again for my flooring needs.
