Building a custom home is the hardest thing to do with picking, deciding and budgeting and trying to get everything in your wildest dreams. National's design team and staff is just what we needed to keep us with a fashion forward look while keeping our budget in mind. Ryan with the ladies in the design team to the installers on site were just amazing with their craftsmanship and with their customer service. Thank you National!

Jennifer Fawver designed a new kitchen for me and was excellent in every way. Her communication, quick responses, ability to meet my schedule demands, work well with the contractor and even solve a minor problem without delay was beyond my expectations. I would recommend National Carpet Mill Outlet to anyone, especially if the rest of the staff is as professional as Jennifer Fawver.

We have only dealt with National Carpet Mill Outlet for the redesign of our kitchen and new cabinets. We really love our cabinets - they were done in the timeframe they were promised, etc. But mostly we are thankful for Jen Fawver - she's the best. VERY professional and attentive to your needs and always gets back to you immediately. She works around your schedule and goes out of her way to make the process as painless as possible. We will check with them first when we need new flooring - I only hope Jen is still there!

Excellent service, workmanship, quality products and good prices. Through National Carpet Mill Outlet we have purchased granite for countertops and a beer and wine bar, wood flooring in hallway and den, tile in two bathrooms and laundry room, carpet in bedroom and recently laminate in living room All purchased and installed by National Carpet.
