I was a little disappointed, I picked out a carpet and it was priced and the tag said it was 100% nylon at $1.96 per ft. After the salesman started to figure out the price he said there was a mistake made and the tag was wrong. ......sounds like a bait and switch......especially since it qualified for the "free install" which was not supposed to expire until next week. He was leaving the sale floor and talking with owner.....really do you think people are that stupid!

We were referred to National Carpet Mill Outlet (NCMO) from another carpet distributor because of the short amount of time we had before we moved in. We went down to Medina, worked with Nick, who, after picking several types of carpet, he told us the final one we chose would not snag from dogs' nails. We wanted to be sure - which he assured us. This company is very disreputable. My husband and I bought vinyl plank flooring from them and after it was installed the planks started to separate and crack and peel!! We contacted them right away because it started less than 3 weeks after installation! After numerous phone called they sent out a man that walked in the house and said yes there is a problem. Had carpet installed in my brand new home only for it to look like we lived here for 14 years after only one year....it's has worn so terribly, and complaints to company have not been resolved. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

My family walked in around 3:30 on Sunday looking for wood flooring. In order to get any information you must be assigned a sales person. Nothing is priced and all information comes from whomever you are assigned. After discussing prices, we quickly realized there is nothing "Outlet" about it. Everything was far more pricey than any other vendor we have researched. This company is a joke. Try ruined a paint job installing tile. Then they were very unprofessional when it came to handling the situation. Buyer beware!!! Avoid at all costs!!
