Very unhappy. Kitchen counter in granite does not match. whish I could show pictures but site will not upload. Been trying for months to get some satisfaction but owner will not call me back. Had three different people from their facility stop and view and they all said it was a poor job and we will try and make it right. However all I get is there is nothing we can do. The warranty they talk about is just a bunch of bull. Owner will not respond nor take responsibility. Please beware dealing with these people. My next move i... read more

I had two bathroom countertops installed March 23. Yes this complaint has been emails and lack of responsibility on national design mart since March 23. The cuts are incorrectly spaced for the sink faucets and the one piece was cut the wrong dimensions. Kim in sales was great and took time to help select a great piece. I had intended on doing two more bathrooms going with her however this poor experience of her manager JIm Dittmore and poor cutting on both pieces will never have me going back and I live in the neighborhood! ... read more

I really do not like being negative but I still cannot believe that No One has followed up with me for my quote for flooring. Measurements were taken Feb 15th. I have been in contact and even switched salespeople but still no quote 5 weeks later. You can bet I am not going to buy from here and I will spread the word.

I really wanted to like their service and goods but I have constantly left voicemails for status on furniture I purchased and I almost never get a call back. I purchased furniture on Feb 1st and it's now March 15th and no furniture. I was told it would arrive at the store on Wednesday, it's Thursday and the store is closed and I still don't have a call back despite calling twice today demanding a call back before they closed. They have the worst communication and worst customer service of any company I have dealt with lately... read more

So far, not pleased. Went in for a kitchen redesign and new cabinets. Brought in a complete measured layout of our current setup. The lady that was “helping” us and I use the term loosely, took the drawing, asked us which cabinets we liked and basically told us she’d call with an estimate. Never asked us a single question about what features we would like or accessories, or what changes to the layout we would like to see. Nothing. So not impressed. Granite installed with huge gaps at the walls. Some of them they tried to caulk. Trying to get someone to come out and see about fixing the problems and getting nothing but a song and dance. Our kitchen remodel is on hold and isn't functional. Sales end was great, install and customer service to solve a problem is terrible. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I purchased a bathroom vanity top made from a quartz remnant and an undermount sink. Long story short, it was cut incorrectly. We called and left a message on our C.S.R. voicemail and to date have not heard from her to help us with our complaint. I know our purchase was just a few hundred dollars but I don't care if we spent $50, we should still be shown the same courtesy and consideration as someone who spent $5000. We went in to start our kitchen remodel process and were met by a cabinet designer who was more interested in telling us what we wanted, than listening to us. When we asked for pricing he refused to give any context as to what the prices of what we were looking at were and in the end, the price was so expensive, we decided to go with custom cabinets for less than what national design mart wanted to charge. Inferior product installed and would not come back to fix. Horrible customer service.
