Bad experience! Lots of mistakes and no apologies! The only saving grace of the entire company was Tony in granite. If your builder wants you to go to National for flooring or tile ask if you can go somewhere else.

I am in need of a custom hearth rug for my fireplace. Upon calling to inquire & get store hours the woman on the phone was short... When I went to the store today for the first time the salesman would hardly let me get a word in! I’m sure he did just want to help, but was hardly customer focused. The store also had zero selection of fire resistant products. I was quite surprised they had nothing to show & wouldn’t be able to order anything for me either. I️ came in to actually get someone to help with tile and not once did anyone ask if they could help me. The front desk said they would send someone to help my sister in law and I️ and I️t never happened. Very disappointed because I️ need tile and carpet with baseboard and someone to do the job. I️ also have carpeting that needs to go upstairs. ��

Well I have to give one star for many reasons so far. We picked out a carpet to be bound for a rug about 8 weeks ago. I called a few weeks ago and the lady said it was in and husband made trip to pick it up. She was wrong it was not in. I called about 2 weeks later lady who checked said it was in and in said are you sure because last time....made the trip went to front desk told them what I was there for the girl basically ignored me and did nothing till the lady next her to said "are you being helped?" National Carpet in Wooster has installed several rooms of carpet for us in the past and we never had a problem. We have also bought flooring from them and had a contractor install it without issues.

Posted for a friend who had her comment on the company's page rejected and was unable to post: I went to National Design Mart last weekend to look at rugs (even posted what a cool place it was). The person who approached to help me went to get pricing for me on a rug. After about 20 minutes, he came back and said "sorry, I can't find any pricing". That was it. We had 3 trips invested into this place we have over 1500 sq Ft to cover in our home. Decided on a floor tile for the bathroom and a granite top. We we re told the granite top was $55 per square foot, we added a sink for $85. And back splash It was total 11.34 square feet. The estimate came back well over $800.
