My experience with National Floors Direct was seamless and rewarding. I was looking to install carpet in two rooms with a short time frame. I had a knowledgeable rep come to my home and help my wife and I pick out a carpet that would best suit our house. He also helped us stay within our budget. As promised the installer called one hour before arriving. Upon arrival he was very courteous. He reviewed the order with me, and got my approval that the carpet was the right color. He moved all the furniture out of the room without damaging anything. The installation looked great when complete. The installer was very neet and cleaned up everything when he was done. He removed all the trash and you would never know someone was there working.

This was our third time using NFD in our home over the last 13 years. Each time we have had a great experience, this the repeat business (for different areas in our home). We were fortunate enough to have Pierre as our sales consultant again this time, which was a pleasant surprise. After comparing other options of providers we selected NFD and solidified our order. The installers were very efficient. The rug was installed in less than half a day. The carpet is plush, good quality. After 3 different estimates, Natl Floors Direct met our budget needs. I will recommend them to friends & family.

This is the first time we have dealt with National Floors and couldn’t be more delighted. The installers arrived on time and were very professional. The flooring we chose is beautiful and adds richness to our master bedroom. The installers were also very efficient and within a few hours were complete. From initial phone call to final clean up and departure... the process was great. The rep helped us pick out a carpet we loved that fit the application required. The install was scheduled and the techs arrived and were very friendly and professional. A great experience and a great price. They stand behind the price match.

I was really pleased with the installation of the rug in my stairs. I appreciated the text and phone call prior to the arrival. The two gentlemen were very pleasant and friendly. The work was completed in a neat and great manner. I also appreciated the way they vacuumed and cleaned before they left.
