We are confident that National Floors Direct was competitive and fair. Jonny the sales representative was on time, explained everything we needed to know, and provided us with several pricing options depending on our needs. He explained the products, what we were getting, when and how it would be installed. The installer was a very nice young man who was very courteous and clean. He was meticulous and exact in his process. We are very happy we decided to do business with National Floors Direct.
I called National Floors Direct for a quote on two carpets in an empty apartment I own. They were able to make an appointment quickly. When the salesman came out, he was very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. The carpet I had installed was not in stock, but only took two weeks for them to order and install the carpet. I was very satisfied with everything start to finish. On top of that, I received a gift card for my time in posting this review!
I was very pleased with the installation of the new floor in the downstairs area of my home. It made a huge improvement. Both men who showed up were very professional and very polite. After only taking about 3 hours, the floor was cleaned and vacuum and ready for use.
Everyone was professional from start to finish. They came at the exact time they said they would. The installation was done speedily but also with professionalism. They definitely know what they are doing, Crew was very nice. I am getting a gift certificate from NFD for this honest review.
National Floors direct was great from the start all the way to the finish. They install three new carpets in my bedrooms and downstairs. They touch base before the installation on what needed to be done and after to make sure everything’s went out OK. They were the most affordable compared to three other estimates that I received. I would highly recommend them again.
Words can't express how happy we are with our new floor. The sales rep matched what we were looking for and the install was done 3 days later. The installation was great they took the time and didn't miss any details. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and customer service called to make sure we were happy with the product. The sales representative was very helpful in showing me my options. He was very personable during the in-home estimate and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The payment method was not as positive, however. I did not know ahead of time that the down-payment could not be done by card, which made it a hassle. The day of installation the team showed up three hours after the delivery window which was not enjoyable. They did a good job at installing, however.
