I am absolutely thrilled with my new floors, I had installed with National Floors Direct. The team of men, were friendly, fast and efficient in getting the job done. They were very friendly to my two puppies, and worked until entire job was complete, with ensuring, they showed me all areas completed and were complete to my satisfaction. NFD came to my home with samples, very friendly and helpful. Once the rooms were measured, we scheduled a convenient date for installation. These guys did a fantastic job. The salesman was very thorough professional. We never felt pressured by him. The installer also did a wonderful job. They were very courteous and they reviewed the installation with when they were done. My wife and I will choose them again.
NFD was very polite, efficient and professional, starting with the gentleman that prepared the estimate and wrote up the contract. He answered any and all of the questions that I had. The installers were great and did a beautiful job. They had to remove carpeting and move heavy furniture. They also were very careful and cleaned up beautifully after themselves.

we had new LVT flooring installed in our entire ******* condo in July 2023 spent a lot of money. The installers were great. But we are not happy with flooring in a few areas of the floors there are spots in the material that cannot be removed and really think that the planks are just defective material and the planks need to be replaced. I have tried reaching out to the company but they are really not interested in looking at our problems very disappointed with this purchase.
Excellent work very professional no complaints. Don't be afraid to ask questions before the job starts.
