National Floors Direct was very professional. They arrived on time with a very well experienced installation team. They came in and explained everything that would happening in great context. They were timely and polite during their entire installation. When they finished they explained the best way to make sure our flooring stayed in good standing.

We wanted to upgrade our carpet on our stairs they were old and dirty. We called National Floors Direct the salesman arrived to the apartment on time and was dressed very professional. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us great advice which we followed. We selected a nice color carpet and set up a date for installation. The installation was smooth and easy. National Floors Direct did an amazing job. I had a great experience from start to finish. The pricing on quality name brand carpets was better than any other quote i got. The installation team came in and did a great job. They were fast, very polite and very clean. They made sure we were satisfied before they left. Very happy with the service! I will use them again!

We cant say enough good things about our recent experience with National Floors Direct. They were quick and efficient throughout the whole process. We had an at home estimate done and we were extremely impressed with the knowledge and expertise the employee had regarding what floor would best suit our needs as a family with young children. My experience with National Floor Direct has been an overall well satisfied experience. The communication with the company has been great. The customer service Reps are very knowledgeable and courteous. When the specialist came out to do my floors, they were very hard working, and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. Initial appointment with the consultant was professional.Price was competitive Scheduling was timely.installtaion was done on time and flawlessly.Finished product gets lots of complimlents from guests.Glad I made the decision to go with National Floors Direct!
