Ok, let’s be honest who would care so much about carpets? National floors direct does! They sent such a knowledgeable man named Frank! When I tell you personable, engaging and knowing what your needs are before you even know your own needs, he was the man! 90% of the apartment was covered with carpet. I initially contacted National Floors Direct after seeing their commercial online. We had an appointment scheduled quickly and saw several samples after discussing complimenting flooring with our existing floors. We received a quote and had the price matched/reduced the advertised 15%. I was in the market for new carpet. I happened to contact a couple of places to see what I could find. One was a big box store and there was another company that always pops up and advertises on TV. The first experience that I had was with the big box store. Lets just say I had no idea what I was doing. More or less I had to figure everything all on my own. Customer service was lacking after the sale. A project manager could have made this installation go extremely faster and better. Installer there was only 2 people to do my lower level of my house. I was never warned about the dust during and after the installation. Job took longer then expected. 1 worker left the job site with the inexperienced work to do work for about 6 hours. NFD came to my home with samples, very friendly and helpful. Once the rooms were measured, we scheduled a convenient date for installation. NFD contacted me several times to confirm installation date and time. Installation crew was on-time, professional, fast, and tidy. My floors look great!
