***** the sales consultant was great, prompt, on time and professional. Leading up to the install, they sent numerous emails making sure the product I ordered was correct. Upon installation the installers showed up early! They installed a beautiful floor exactly as we envisioned. The quarter round they trimmed out with was perfect. The installers went above and beyond for a perfect floor! Cleaned up after the install as well so it was a perfect experience!!!!*****
We had a very positive experience with national floors direct. From the sals person to the installers everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. The floors are of great quality and look great installed. Craftsmanship was top notch and the work was done really quickly. We are very happy with our project and plan to use NFD in the future.
We had a great experience with NFD from start to finish. There was a slight delay in the installation process but at the end of the day, we were 100% satisfied with the professionalism and customer service. We are happy we contacted them for their service. They installed quickly and the price wasnt bad. But they claim their carpets are stain resistant. THEY CERTAINLY ARE NOT!! Spilled coffee and it not only stained but it wont come out. False advertising
This store has everything. A big selection of quality flooring, great prices, and good service. All under one roof. I call that a good deal.

I had a wonderful experience working with the *** team. From the salesperson who brought numerous amounts of samples. To the install team which removed the old floor and all the debris.And installed the new floor fast and efficiently. The installers moved the kitchen furniture and appliances. The floor itself is lightly textured so it's not slippery when wet. It has a solid feel underfoot and since it was a kitchen install I chose a product that was waterproof. I was on the fence about going since I had specific tastes that I wanted in specific locations, and I wasn't sure whether this place offered them all. To tell you the truth, I intended to shop at several other locations but I was surprised this location offered everything I could ever wish for under one roof.
