From start to finish working with National Floors Direct was quick easy and smooth. Two days after meeting with the rep my new floors were installed. The installers showed me what we ordered before they started to confirm. They were very respectful and worked cleanly. They moved the furniture in and out for no extra charge. I will 100% use them again!!
I hired National Floors Direct to install luxury vinyl floors in the kitchen and to replace carpet on the stairs leading to the third level. THE INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME, VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. OUR OLD RUG, PADDING AND TACK STRIPS WERE REMOVED AND TAKEN AWAY IN A VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED MANNER. THE INSTALLER REVIEWED THE NEW FLOOR WITH ME MAKING SURE IT WAS THE PRODUCT I ORDERED. THE INSTALL WAS PERFECT MAKING SURE THE DIRECTION OF THE FLOOR WAS CORRECT. ALL CUTS AND CORNERS WERE ON POINT. INSTALLERS CLEANED THE ENTIRE AREA AND TOOK ALL WASTE AWAY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMNED THEM AND NATIONAL FLOORTS DIRECT
will 100% be returning for our next flooring project next year for our upper floor bedrooms and other main living areas! Including the main floor bathroom and kitchen !!! A big shout out to the sales team for working with our small time window for getting our entire project finished!
They were very timely and efficient. National Floors Direct brought samples to my home and in a few days I had 2 new bedroom floors. They were pleasant and easy to work with. They removed my old dirty carpets and replaced with vinyl flooring. They cleaned up after themselves. The vinyl is great and looks like real wood. I will use them again. National floors direct did a great job with my floors. I changed all the floors in my new home to wood floors. I had a consult on Friday and my floors were completed by Tuesday night. Direct National Floor lived up to what they promised starting from the tv ad. The sales person was knowledgeable and fair. He offered financing in order to pay over time. The install went without a hitch. The floor is beautiful and I am very happy with the outcome.
July 7th was my installation date! Not only did Angel and his crew did a phenomenal job in my home installing three areas, they were incredibly thorough while they worked. Everyone was happy to be working, although very warm that day. Angel serenaded everyone while they worked. Oscar joined the group later with his song renditions. What a positive group to have in your home. I was blessed with this crew. My floors are absolutely beautiful .
