I had a very positive experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman ******* was very helpful in choosing the right carpet for my home. The installers were great also. They tore up the old carpet and padding and hauled it away as per their ads. When the installers were done they even vacuumed the carpet. A supervisor came by while the installers were at work to make sure the project was going as planned and that I was pleased with the outcome. I would use them again if I need more carpet.

I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman was very professional and was able to give me a lower price than one of its competitors. I was extremely happy with the price and payment terms. They were able to accommodate me with my install date without a problem. The installers were also super nice and did a great job and they made sure that they moved all the furniture back to where it originally was. They were quick and knew what they were doing. Overall, we are very pleased with the work and quality of the carpet from National Direct. The initial consultation was very informative and we narrowed down our options based off the expertise of the representative from National Direct. He certainly guided us on the best options based off our feedback and needs. From there, Pricing only took a few minutes to generate and we settled on a fair price on the carpet of our choice. We had a very positive experience with National Floors Direct. The free in home estimate was very informative and we did not feel pressured. The installers were professional, cleaned the area after installation, and were very friendly. The price was very fair and we were definitely pleased with the final result. I would highly suggest National Floors Direct to anyone considering new floors!

When I called for an estimate, they had **** come to look at the project. From the time he rang the bell until the time he left, he was professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and he felt like family. He smiled, he was happy and devoted to his company for a very good reason; They are AWESOME. The installers were exceptional, fast, and respectful! We had great service! The salesperson was knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick out what we were looking for. The installation team was on time and very professional and fast. I would definitely use them again in the future. Our carpet looks great. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I am very pleased with using National for the first time. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly . National met the quotes I received from other places. Installation was done promptly as expected. They cleaned up afterwards including sweeping the floors. The carpet is beautiful . I would definitely recommend this company
