I must say working with National Floors Direct (NFD)was a good experience from start to finish. NFD customer service was courtesy throughout my entire time working with them. NFD worked on my schedule without any hassle. ***************** notified before and after my floors were installed. The installers were very professional and finished my four rooms and staircase in one day. I was totally satisfied with National Floors Direct. I would highly recommend their services.

National Floors Direct installed carpet in my home and in thirty years of home ownership, it was the most positive installation experience I have had. The installers were on-time, brought the right product, moved our furniture without any damage, cleaned up after themselves and left our home looking amazing. I am very happy with my experience using National Floors Direct. We were able to schedule an appointment and measuring very quickly. The sales representative was very helpful with the measuring of the room, and showing us what our different options were for carpeting. He was able to let us know which carpet style/colors were available for installation the same week and we chose from those options. The installation was very quick and looks great!

From the first call to the installation, my experience with National Floors Direct has been amazing! When the salesman came to my house, he was professional and knowledgeable. They beat all my other quotes that I had received. The installation was quick, neat and professional. We love the results!

I only wish I had read the reviews before going with Nat'l Floors direct. Price for material was reasonable, they came when they said they would, no issues there. However, the price for installation was ridiculously high for what I believe was lack of experienced installers. I don't blame the installers, I blame the company for charging that top dollar yet not using experienced installers (at least one, that could train the second person). Issues:1. Great experience! My salesman, **** was both professional and personable. Met my wants and needs. The timing of delivery was 2-3 weeks which I consider decent timing. The installers were on time, professional, worked quickly and respected my house. I was satisfied with the work!

We recently replaced our bedroom carpet and National Floors Direct did a great job. From our initial call through the sales rep ****** and our installation the whole process was easy and comfortable. It was nice to shop in the comfort of our home and there were lots of samples to choose from. The carpet was installed by courteous and *********************** who arrived on time and cleaned up after their work.
