Very pleased with their craftsmanship. Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor is very efficient did exactly what they said they would. They went out of their way to make things easy for me. They are good at resolving issues and I am very pleased with them.

Very helpful and nice! The installers at Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor were very capable and serviceable. The only thing I had to do myself was to get some pieces of wood, since they did not supply it, but it all worked out because I saved money. Overall, they were very helpful and nice!

No one better than Paul Abbey Carpet and Floor. The salesperson, Roger, from Paul's Abbey Carpet and Floor was very good. Everything he said would happen did happen when it was supposed to. The guy that installed the carpet was excellent and did a very good job. I can't imagine it done better. I used the service when I bought carpets years ago and I came back and used it again. Absolutely postive. We always use Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor and recommend them to all of our friends. Whenever we walk into the store to look at choices, the staff is always very helpful. The staff is fantastic and accommodating with scheduling appointments. They provide great carpet choices.

It was a great experience! I had a great experience with Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor. Jerry, the sales representative was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate how courteous he was and how he was able to meet all of my needs. It is great that they were able to be flexible with the scheduling. They have many different choices and styles to chose from. The installers were on-time and efficient. Everybody was always checking in with me to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend them.

They did a really good job Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor did a great job for us. We were happy to support a local, smaller company and they were very easy to deal with. They were responsive and called me back promptly and we just had a wonderful experience. They installed new vinyl flooring for our laundry room and we're very pleased with the end results. Everyone was professional and friendly from start to finish.

Looks fantastic Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor did a superior job for us. They installed new carpeting for our bedroom and did everything that they promised. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were very efficient and cleaned up extremely well after the work was done. The service and products also came at a good price. I'd definitely use them again.
