Very good experience! I went to Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor and had the product delivered in a timely fashion. They did the installation of my carpet and did it exactly like I asked them to. Overall, they're good people to deal with, do what they said they will do, and their prices are fair!

A stress free and pleasant experience. I had a stress-free and pleasant experience with Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor. Jerry, the salesman, was helpful and knowledgeable, and a very good listener. Kelly was not only helpful but also very supportive with the coordination and installation of the carpet we chose for our condo. The installers, Patrick and his son, were on time and great workers. They were respectful and couldn't be any nicer. The end result looks great! I would highly recommend them.

A very nice experience. Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor was very professional and they came when they said they would. They even helped me move my furniture out of the way. The sales person was very accommodating and nice when it came it helping me decide on new floors. It was a very nice experience.

Highly professional, thorough, very courteous. The folks at Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor were highly professional, thorough, and very courteous. When they came to do the floor installation, but I wasn't quite ready. They were easygoing and really worked with me, which I appreciated. They were professional and did an excellent job installing the carpet. Very reliable store. We were from out of state and as a vacationist, I wanted to deal with somebody from Abbey Carpet & Floor. They came for our carpet installation and I was happy with my selection. They came in cleaned up and left. They were very reliable and polite.

Phenomenal! I'm the treasurer of a church and our chapel needed to have the carpets updated; after looking around, I found Paul's Abbey Carpet and Flooring. I gave them a call and Kelly, the customer service agent, was very nice and told me to come in. I met with Jeff, bringing a swatch of carpet in with me from an adjacent room to the chapel, and he was great in helping me match in perfectly. Really good, highly recommend! I have bought carpet from Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor for the past 20 years. I always use the same salesperson, Jerry. He is really easy to contact and is good about calling back and being available to make the estimate. He is very easy to work with and just a nice person! I have always been happy with his service. The installers have always been very good as well, I never have any issues. Everything from the first phone call to the completion of the project is always well done!

Definitely recommend them! Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor took up the kitchen floor, which was old square tiles, and they put in linoleum. I had gone to three or four other places, and they did not have any linoleum, and this is where we found it. It was one whole piece, so there were no seams, which is what we really like. Great work, great people! I had wall to wall carpets and Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor professionally removed for me what I had and then installed and did some re-carpeting. They did an outstanding job! It was exceptional from start to finish.
