Great experience! At Paul's Carpet & Floor, we dealt primarily with Jerry Winchester, who was very professional and accommodating. The rest of the office supported Jerry when required, and they seemed like a very professional outfit. We looked at several different types of carpet materials, discussed usage, laid them on the floor, and they gave us samples to bring to the house. They were generally very accommodating. Pleasant shopping experience. I shopped at Paul's Carpet & Floor once before and I had been happy with the experience, so I returned when I wanted carpeting done in another room of the house. Rodger, the salesman, was very helpful. The initial carpet that I had wanted was no longer being manufactured, but he was able to find one very close to it and have it delivered. As pleasant as possible when you're doing a major carpeting job Paul's Carpet and Floor is trustworthy and provides excellent customer service. I've used two of their crews and both were good. They did exactly what they said they would. I hired them to carpet our family room and other parts of the house. We have massively heavy, oak furniture that they moved themselves and neatly put back in the correct place. They even vacuumed when they were done. Clean as Clockwork. This is the second time I've called on Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor for carpet work, and I have no complaints at all. They did an excellent job. They provided a clear estimate, measured everything perfectly, and installed the carpet without a single hitch. The installers were wonderful people, and I have yet to be disappointed by any of their services.

Thrilled with the level of help and expertise! I went into Paul's Carpets with a particular carpet already in mind. The salesman gave us some samples to take home, and scheduled an appointment for the measurements. When the guy came out to take the measurements he realized that the cabinetry in the room was built off the floor. The carpet that we had in mind would have left a big, unattractive space between the carpets and the flooring. Very Helpful and Experienced! My husband and I used Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor and they did a great job. They were very helpful when we were at the warehouse selecting a carpet and they did a great job with its installation. The prices were competitive and I would definitely use them again.

Knowledgeable and professional Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor installed carpeting in my home. The staff was very professional in every aspect of the experience, from sales to installation. This was my first time working with Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor, but I would certainly go back to them for more flooring and I have already recommended their services to others.
