No complaints at all My family and I have used Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor time and time again due to their excellent service and great prices. The last time that we hired them, they installed a beautiful carpet for the entire first floor of our home. The two young men who arrived were professional, respectful, and personable. They were very attentive and did a fantastic job. They also cleaned up the job very well.
Overall very satisfied! Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor has a great selection of hardwood flooring for very reasonable prices. Their products are a lot nicer than the stuff that we've seen at other places for the same prices. I felt like we got a great deal on the flooring that we selected and the staff was also really helpful. They were patient with answering all of our questions and offered a lot of suggestions in order to help us make the most optimal choice. 100% satisfied Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor just finished installing our hardwood floors. They look amazing! The crew that came to install truly did a terrific job. The prices were very honest and competitive and everything was done on time and as promised. I'm glad to have found a business that takes pride in their work. This was my first time using them and I'm really happy with the final results.
Very impressed I would definitely recommend Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor. The installation was amazing! There was a bit of a delay with waiting for the carpet to come in but the gentleman that oversaw the installation kept me informed about the whereabouts of the carpet the whole time. I appreciated how responsive he was.
Great service and reasonable prices! I have used Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor several times. This last time I had them install carpeting. I continue to go back to them because I really like the salesman Jerry. He is very informative and knowledgeable about the different products. They also make every thing really convenient. Their prices are also very reasonable.
Excellent from the beginning! I used Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor for the first time, and they did an excellent job right from the beginning. The salesman I dealt with in the store, Jerry, was excellent, as was the gentleman who came out and measured. I think Jerry has over 20 years experience, which was evident in how helpful he was. He helped us with selecting colors and materials - the whole nine yards. He was very patient.

They performed very well! From the moment we walked into Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor, the salesperson who handled us did a fine job. He didn't try to over-sell us as far as the quality of the carpet or how much we wanted to spend. He was very understanding of what our goal was, and he showed us carpets that met our needs.
There's everything to like about this place I love Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor. The salespeople are so helpful and nice. They know what they're doing and really go above and beyond with helping me select the best products for my home. The showroom is very clean and organized. I found a great deal on some great pistachio green tile for my bathroom and am so happy with the installation. This was my first time using them and I'd definitely recommend them.
