Justin L*** is awesome! I have purchases dozens of appliances with his assistance for my business and rental properties. Their customer service is excellent. Delivery seamless. They stand behind their products. Much better than taking your chance purchasing online.

The furniture salespeople seem to be knowledgeable. The vacuum salespeople were young and totally ignorant. RC Willey lost a sale from us because because of their useless salespeople. We have also had trouble twice with delivery people. There aren’t many furniture options in Boise so it is disappointing to have to overlook the weakness’s.

I was late one day paying my bill. The customer service department was wonderful. They took off the late fee and changed my due date to better serve my needs. I love shopping there!

Good customer service, however, I’d like to see the sales representative know more than the customer... That would make a difference on trusting the representatives input. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Bought a refrigerator, transaction from start to finish took about 25 minutes. Promised delivery the next day between 9-11 am. Was delivered and set up at 9am as promised. What more can you ask for?
