I have Done business with RC Willey for many years and have always been happy with what I bought and with the customer service that I received.
I was late one day paying my bill. The customer service department was wonderful. They took off the late fee and changed my due date to better serve my needs. I love shopping there!
Good customer service, however, I’d like to see the sales representative know more than the customer... That would make a difference on trusting the representatives input. Other than that, it was a good experience.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff made this purchase quick and easy. The delivery time wait is only three days, even though this is during the busy holiday season.
Bought a refrigerator, transaction from start to finish took about 25 minutes. Promised delivery the next day between 9-11 am. Was delivered and set up at 9am as promised. What more can you ask for?
