My very first experience with RCWilley was excellent, I told to Mike for a laundry machine, the dryer and a refrigerator, I think I have never gotten a better customer service experience. This second time I bought a sofa, it was pretty good too. I really appreciate the people that helped me choose which one I wanted.

If you want unbeatable customer service, this is the place! I’ve been in the need of furniture for the last 8 months due to unforeseen circumstances. I am always greeted very friendly I am never pressured they have gone out of their way to find what I need I’ve gotten on the computer to see if it’s anywhere in any store! Very helpful. Salesman knew his products and when describing the reasoning behind what I wanted as well as my budget he was able to find items for me to look at, and ultimately purchase, even with 2 little ones attempting to derail the conversation.
