The sales *********************** was really nice and helped me get the best deal! However the cashier was not nice at all and talked in a very condensing way. She was so bothered she had to stop talking to her co worker to Help me check out. If your working as a cashier, the thing you must have personality and be friendly. She did not do either. I think her name as *****..

I was assisted by an associate named Reagen at the ********* Street location. She and the rest of the staff, were quite professional. In these times efficiency is important and these associates excelled at it.

I've purchased in the past at this location and when I went on Black Friday to look at their deals I wasnt too pleased with the service provided. I ended up purchasing new appliances and instead of using my current account i have with them, they opened an entirely new account. I was even provided the information from the gentleman that was helping me to give advise the check out lady on what she needed to do, however they continued to open a new account for me. Our sales associate ************************* provided us with exceptional service. We were looking for a specific dining room set and she allowed us to create a unique and one of a kind table. After checking three stores, was able to get the microwave oven I wanted at R.C. Willey for a good price, had a salesman on the floor write it up, went to the store, paid for it, brought it home.
