After selling all my furniture and moving here from ** I had serious concerns. Shopping at RC Willey is a wonderful experience. Within the year, Ive purchased furniture, appliances and electronics. I am greeted with a personal shopping assistant in each department who is knowledgeable of the products. These assistants provide a cell number so I can call for updates all the way through delivery. Have not needed assistance with returns. Check out is simple with the cashier. Then here is where the difference comes in. They text about delivery details (what, when, two hour time frame).
