Sales people are very helpful and accommodating. Return policy and financing options are excellent. Sofas, loveseats and recliners are garbage. Most are made in China or other foreign countries. Returned three family room sets because of terrible workmanship or extremely uncomfortable. Finally gave up.

Great service after the sale. It is great to be able to call the store and have them handle all of the arrangements for warranty without having to deal directly with the manufacturer. Our experience was excellent, from the sales person to the service department.

Came into the store with a sectional couch in mind, received assistance right away, and was able to walk out with the exact one that we wanted!!! All in about 30-35minutes! Top notch service from the sales team.
