I’ve shopped at RC Willie many times and the reason we continue to go back is because of the quality of the products, the prices, and the customer service there is the best.
They really have the worst service. I’ve bought a fridge that came in dented then had to wait 3-4months for a replacement. That fridge cost me over 4K. Then I bought a sectional that came in with a faulty piece that was replace 3 times plus a visit from a device technician! I finally called them and told them that it should be replace for a completely different sectional as the current one kept breaking and was not comfortable. RC Willey always seems to have great quality items, very competitive prices and helpful employees. I’ve shopped at their Rocklin location repeatedly and always have a good experience.
