The sales and warehouse personnel were polite, friendly and very personable. They were able to answer all of my questions about the product I was purchasing. I decided to pick up my item instead of having it delivered. The customer service agent I spoke with over the phone was very helpful and made sure I could pick it up at the warehouse the next day. RC Willey is a great institution for home appliances, electronics and furniture. We had an issue with a refrigerator which was resolved without controversy. A special call out to Craig K***** in the Appliance Department for his timeless assistance in the resolution and purchase of the new refrigerator.
