I had no clue what I was getting with this furniture store. Had I known I would’ve gone elsewhere. Our sales person was nice enough. After roughly a month I called to check the status of our order and they told me that they had notified me that it would take 60 days for our bed to be delivered. 90 days later the bed finally arrives in pieces and it’s the wrong bed. I have trusted RC Willey for years and recommended them to friends and family. My recent experience has me feeling that my recommendations were not only bad but terrible. I have spent a lot of money with the company. A complete bedroom set that is flaked and lost the black color. This not only is a disappointment the product is terrible. I do not believe a bedroom set should lose the paint due to flakes. When I went into the store the response was the return time frame has passed. RC Willey salesman sold me a fridge- charging me an extra $100 for an icemaker, installation, and connection. All that was listed on the receipt. After waiting around at home- missing two full work days because they didn't show up during the prescheduled time slots- I still don't have an icemaker that works. Customer Service said it wasn't their problem- I need to call a plumber and then they hung up on me. The salesman promised one thing and I didn't get it. Wow. This is the worst experience I've ever had at RCWilley. I'm very disappointed. I've spent over $10,000 at your company in the past year and I was treated well by Rex L******* all the time. However, this time I went in to the So. Salt Lake store to look for a recliner and then two Speakers for my Living room. couch was supposed to be delivered today. could see them from my apartment window they just drove away. I called ,please deliver they said see you next week. I said another week? She said thats what I said. SO RUDLY!

Just bought a tv and the salesman was great but going to pick up the tv was horrible. Waited over an hour while I watched 6 people after me get what they bought and left. I was right about to return the tv I bought because the guys working in the warehouse were rude and not helpful. Right when I was on the phone to return and get a refund the warehouse working called my name after an hour. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring it out. Never again will I ship there. Never again.

I’ve never had so much trouble getting a piece of furniture before. Waited over 2 months to get a couch and then did not get what I ordered. I was supposed to get an ottoman with the chaise cushion and I did not get it. Now I’ll probably have to wait another 2 months to get that. I will not be buying anything from RC Willy again unless it is something that is in stock.

I ordered a bedroom and paid it in full in March 2021 and didn’t get it till mid July 2021 with scratches and gouges! All they have to offer to mediate is a voucher for 100$. Customer service won’t let me speak with manager stating that they don’t have anything else to offer or add! Next time I will put my money in different furniture store!

After spending over 11k with this company in a little over 4 months, one would think that they would have at least acknowledged you and your business and thanked you for choosing them over another business. But nothing!
