Gone through 2 couches in the span of 2 years. The couches were literally falling apart. The first one RC Wiley took back and gave us our money back and I was pleased with that and bought another different couch from them. We have had the current ones for a little over a year now and we are having a similar situation happen. We are not hard on our couches, we actually don’t use them that much. We understand that due to the pandemic there have been delays. But there was no updates or communications unless I called the store. I purchased the furniture in November 2020 and waiting till April 2021. It would it have been delivered in April if I had not called the store and asked and then I was told there were metal shortages and wood shortages and on. I get it but this has been terrible.

Person set up my order changed my phone number and when I called said I didn’t have an account with my phone WHICH THEY CHANGED ON ME. Horrible service

Inept, inconsiderate, and inflexible. Total disaster from the start - 2 hard hits to my credit report trying to correct my account. They would not accept a death certificate to remove my deceased wife from the account but would close it with no questions. They opened a new account with a $750 limit for a pending $6000 purchase when my original limit was $10,000. The order has been delayed 4 times. Partial deliveries are not when scheduled and damaged. Over priced trash, not reasonable, and won’t make deals. I got both an expensive entertainment room recliner and office chair that broke within the first month and wouldn’t exchange them even with the “extended warranty” then told me to send “large recliner” it back to the manufacture. I will never buy from here again nor with any of my family in the foreseeable future.

My niece, on my behalf, ordered a bedroom suit from R C Wiley in July to be delivered in late August. The delivery was for a home in Boise. The wrong suit was original delivered. Since then the bed and night stand were delivered at different times. The dresser has yet to be delivered and my niece said it may be delivered in March. I find this very unacceptable. I furnished my home with all new appliances and paid extra for the 5 year extended warranty. When it came time for RC Willey to honor the warranty they couldn't honor it because they had no one that comes to my area. So now I have appliances that didn't work after having them 1 year and no one to repair them. If I had know that I would never had bought anything from the Reno RC Willey. Financing people at this rcwilley were mostly a disaster. It took 3 times longer to get the financing done than deciding on what we wanted to buy. Not the right people doing this no question. Probably will not go back

Three generations of our family have shopped at RC Willey, but the tradition stops here. They are extremely deceptive regarding their "warranties". Although they charge you for a 5 year warranty, it really is NOT for 5 years, it is only for 4 years. And more importantly, it doesn't kick in until after the manufacturer's warranty expires. In order to get your manufacturer to honor their warranty, you need to schedule an appointment with an authorized repair company; during the Holiday Season that takes about 2 weeks.
