Buying a mattress from RC Willey has been one of the biggest mistakes Ive ever made as a customer. I started with a Tempur-Pedic medium queen, and within days it sagged so badly that my back pain became unbearable. It felt cheap, flimsy, and nothing like the premium product they claim to sell. When I tried to fix the problem through their so-called comfort exchange, I ended up with an Aireloom extra firm that was somehow even worse. Husband and I got our carpet on a deferred interest plan. **************** admitted that the reason there is interest on our account is due to the agent not putting in the expiration date. Now they wont waive all the interest that we shouldnt even have in the first place. I do not recommend them at all at this point.

Dishonest to the core. Selling GE Refrigerators without disclosing that they are not GE. ******* to a **************** They say you have to use ** warranty but you can't get ahold of **. Their system is down. You can't make an appt on line. You have to hold for 45 minutes and you may not get anyone. They have no service. **************** is a joke. Bought washer/dryer. Paid for delivery and installation. Incompetent deliver drivers dropped it in my hallway and left it. Refused to hook it up. I PAID for this service. Management did not even offer a refund or solution. 70 years old. Spent close to $2700. DoNOT buy from R C Willey unless you want to be cheated

We ordered a dryer in Oct it came and did not work delivery tech said there where none left in warehouse. After supervisor next day said there was 2 in warehouse and changed our order we told them we wanted a different dryer she changed order again and didn't check the 12 months no interest. We purchased a couch from R.C. Willey last April and a few months later the seats began sinking in. We called RC Willey to have them come out and look at it/replace the defective couch. The service tech came out to look at and said it was in fact defective and they would be ordering the replacement seats for us.
