So I bought a new dishwasher and I bought the extended warranty, including parts. Not even a year after purchasing the dishwasher I had to file a claim And of course they dont cover that part along with many other parts when I was talking to the salesman of course hes telling me something completely different. Dont trust what the floor staff tell you. They cant be trusted.

Hi Laef! I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Our extended warranties mirror the manufacturer warranties and, unfortunately, the manufacturers do not cover dishwasher racks. The manufacturers consider those cosmetic. I would recommend calling our extended warranty department at ************ if you would like more information on what is and is not covered by your extended warranty.
Getting an extended warranty doesnt mean anything to rc. Try getting things fixed is a joke. Been without our tv since superbowl day. Dont talk to ***** about the warranty. He will blow smoke up just to get you off the phone. Calling about it is just delaying what we need done. Its been two weeks 2-26-2023. Havent heard anything pertaining to get the problem fixed. We purchased a dishwasher and a package called install. However, we didnt realize that the install meant additional hardware for installing the dishwasher. It was not clear so when the dishwasher arrived, they dumped it in the front of our house and we had to get it in place and install it ourselves, they did not take away the old dishwasher, it is still sitting in ********** with us, trying to figure out what to do with it. With products like Dishwashers they require a separate type of installation that costs an additional fee that has a certified team come out and install the Appliance for you. In regard to the error code, unfortunately that will have to be fixed by the Manufacturer while it is still within their Warranty and we are not equipped to do Appliance repairs at this time.
Just awful.I ordered a dishwasher and the installation service. After a week, all they would tell me is "A third party has the unit" and that I should call them. Calling the 3rd party "Certified Installers", or something, just lead me thorough hassle after ******. Horrible ***************** will not purchase or finance with them again. In speaking with a Supervisor they were unclear of how to read my statement. Placed on hold multiple times. They also did not follow their own policy in bringing it to their attention. Also refused refunding one time late fee that is stated in their policy.

The company is absolutely horrible and I encourage people not to buy from here at all. My husband and I bought a couch and from the time they delivered the couch it has been broken. I been calling every month and was told the item is being ordered and the couch would be picked up. Bought a lot of items nearly 20k from Rcwilly to furnish our whole house. We bought a sectional couch that has turned blueish. With the rest being grey.
