I have dealt with this company. Their approach is nice. In the beginning, to attract you to them, more than three huge items were purchased, and the expenses of all purchases were paid. I have had numerous deliveries of broken furniture each time needing to take time off of work and losing pay to be home. The delivery team is mostly awful with the exception of maybe a couple guys. The first trip they brought out my couch where it didn't align and the chairs with usb ports that didn't work, then the replacement couch still was defective x2 more times, the times they brought out replacement chairs they all had problems from being dropped, ripped fabric, making awful noise when raising it up, greased stain fro... read more

I am done with this company. Everything I bought there has been overpriced garbage.The solid wood kitchen table I bought turned out to be particle board with a thin cover of veneer and the table started to fall apart a couple months after I got it home. So I bought a new dishwasher and I bought the extended warranty, including parts. Not even a year after purchasing the dishwasher I had to file a claim And of course they dont cover that part along with many other parts when I was talking to the salesman of course hes telling me something completely different. Dont trust what the floor staff tell you. They cant be trusted.
