They are friendly yes and prices I bought is too much after I found out other places for half the cost. Oh well. But they do have cool furniture stuff and prices are about right.

This was a terrible experience. We have purchased a lot from RCW but never used their third party installers “Quality Appliance.” We paid 225.00 to have the dishwasher and microwave purchased from RCW and it was awful. The installer was rude and didn’t have the proper adapter to hook up water to dishwasher and left it with the hose hanging out. Screwed it into the trim of our cabinets and cracked the trim. We purchased a refrigerator back in Christmas of 2018. It was delivered with a small dent in one of the drawers. The delivery workers told us if we hadn’t heard from RC Willey about the new drawer order to call back in a week. We call back in a week because we hadn’t heard customer service said that the part has been ordered. Another two weeks past so we called again inquiring about the part that was supposed to be ordered from Samsung.
