AWFUL. Beware of salesman Alfonso S***** in the appliance department. Everything he says is a "misunderstanding" on your part, like you're an idiot. When he tells you he will give you 10% instead of 5% off because his manager is feeling generous, he is only going to give you 6%, but again that is a misunderstanding on your part because 10% really means 6% in greedy salesperson terms. I experienced an awful service experience from the company. In August/2020, I purchased a dining set and bedroom set close to 4,100 dollars. Order number ********. After waiting about 5 weeks for delivery, the bedroom set came but with a defect on the bed due to the storage bins not closing properly. Was purchased two top of the line dish washer in 2500$. As well adding the 5 years Warrenty. Few months after one have stopped working. Rv Willy didn’t want to come and repair as it is under manufacture Warrenty (manufacture doesn’t answer any calls for days). On purchase invoice noting mention about that. Decided to buy a table... took 20 minutes to get a salesperson just to type up. Salt Lake City showroom only had 1 out of 5 pieces in stock. Had to be ordered & shipped. Never once did the salesman mention an $79.00 delivery charge. This is outrageous. In most people’s opinion and eyes, it is deceitful, immoral, and illegal. This company should be ashamed.

Working with a great Salesman was not a problem. Josh was patient and kind as I made my decision about a special order sofa and chair. The problems came when the delivery showed up six weeks later. The sofa came with a broken frame. The chair with some crooked stitching. I was fine with the chair, but the sofa was a problem. RC Willey Claims Department refuses to put the customer first and takes the word of their technicians who are rushed and over worked and potentially could be afraid of losing their job; over the word of their customers. I bought several items at RC Willey since 2008 simply because it was close, large and nothing else was around at the time. Every single item large and small has been terribly made and seems old after having it for a couple months. I will make a list below of all I can remember. 1. With the circumstance of COVID-19 opted to select a dishwasher on-line & order by phone. Sales person Pearson was knowledgeable & assisted with the detail that his son would be doing the install. Apparently a 'contractor' for the purpose since the name of the business was different. On 08/12 we called the installer directly (# was given to us by salesman).
