Was purchased two top of the line dish washer in 2500$. As well adding the 5 years Warrenty. Few months after one have stopped working. Rv Willy didn’t want to come and repair as it is under manufacture Warrenty (manufacture doesn’t answer any calls for days). On purchase invoice noting mention about that. Decided to buy a table... took 20 minutes to get a salesperson just to type up. Salt Lake City showroom only had 1 out of 5 pieces in stock. Had to be ordered & shipped. Never once did the salesman mention an $79.00 delivery charge. This is outrageous. In most people’s opinion and eyes, it is deceitful, immoral, and illegal. This company should be ashamed.

Working with a great Salesman was not a problem. Josh was patient and kind as I made my decision about a special order sofa and chair. The problems came when the delivery showed up six weeks later. The sofa came with a broken frame. The chair with some crooked stitching. I was fine with the chair, but the sofa was a problem. The delivery guys told me that because of COVID, I didn’t have to sign for the delivery, and they would just report that it was broken and request a replacement. RC Willey Claims Department refuses to put the customer first and takes the word of their technicians who are rushed and over worked and potentially could be afraid of losing their job; over the word of their customers. Their technicians failed to properly install a washing machine causing thousands of dollars worth of water damage to our new home. I bought several items at RC Willey since 2008 simply because it was close, large and nothing else was around at the time. Every single item large and small has been terribly made and seems old after having it for a couple months. I will make a list below of all I can remember. 1. Couch with chaise lounge - 2 pieces with different material for each piece - the chaise seat end broke after 2 months like I weigh 200 pounds. I was 120 pound female, why would the seat break? 2. With the circumstance of COVID-19 opted to select a dishwasher on-line & order by phone. Sales person Pearson was knowledgeable & assisted with the detail that his son would be doing the install. Apparently a 'contractor' for the purpose since the name of the business was different. On 08/12 we called the installer directly (# was given to us by salesman). I purchased a RAF sectional with chaise on 6/4/2020 which was out of stock with a promise date towards the end of June. On June 30th I called RC willey delta shores to check on my order and they said it was back ordered and will be in stock two weeks into July. Failed to meet their promise twice! I purchased a dining room set and from the beginning the sales rep could care less. I noticed a difference in her service compared to the others. I was happy to be handed off to another associate when I went to the window to apply for the Blue Rewards Membership. Furniture was supposed to be delivered on July 2nd but wasn’t.
