I purchased a RAF sectional with chaise on 6/4/2020 which was out of stock with a promise date towards the end of June. On June 30th I called RC willey delta shores to check on my order and they said it was back ordered and will be in stock two weeks into July. Failed to meet their promise twice! I purchased a dining room set and from the beginning the sales rep could care less. I noticed a difference in her service compared to the others. I was happy to be handed off to another associate when I went to the window to apply for the Blue Rewards Membership. Furniture was supposed to be delivered on July 2nd but wasn’t. Besides from inventory being extremely low, the salesman was very helpful. When I went to the cashier to pay, there was one window open. There was 16 windows, all with a closed signs and I counted six people back in the cashiers area. I watched my salesman leave to go home as I waited for over 20 minutes. I was the second person in line. I felt sorry for the 10 people behind me in line they had to wait for however long it was going to take them to purchase their item and get out of there. We have been longtime customers w/ RC Willey, and had a charge account with them for several years. In the past couple of months we had multiple billing errors, resulting in charges to both our charge account and personal checking account that were not authorized by us. We ended up cancelling our charge account, and will be hesitant about shopping there in the future due to their lack of security of their customer's financial accounts. We purchased a sofa and love seat 2 years ago. After one year the sofa was replaced under warranty. Now, another year has passed. The sofa went in again and was repaired under the extended warranty and the love seat which broke in the same way was not repaired or replaced because it had no warranty left. The quality of the furniture is deplorable. The love seat is basically trash and the $1000.00 we spent was a complete waste. I have no confidence that the sofa will last another year. My ex-wife’s (girlfriend at the time) mom works there and they compelled me to fill out a credit application. A few days later my girlfriend asked me very specific questions about my credit history. I feel that my personal credit information was shared with my, at the time, girlfriend. On top of that, my ex-wife was a convicted felon at the time and had fraud in her list of charges. I feel RC Willey does not follow its own PCI compliance rules

Purchase at your own risk. I have had so many issues with a couch we bout in November and have had it break 3 times among other issues. Their latest attempt to "fix" the issue showed they could care less about their customers. BUYER BEWARE

We purchased an LG TV. Wants to be always close the salesman had no interest in providing us with additional information or accessories that I need to purchase. We are told that the item would be available for pick up within a few minutes but it took nearly 2 hours. Saying that they’re very interested in selling you something but not interested in providing follow up.

terrible service,told me three different dates when my product that i was charged for would arrive in there local warehouse. Each time it never arrived. Finally they told me they would not be receiving any more. I will look elsewhere, permanently.
