The oven I purchased is nice however it is not Fair for them to charge me $69 extra dollars and call it an express delivery when I have to wait one week for the oven :(

Purchased 2 bedroom sets, living room furniture, large Champion safe, and 3 85” Sony tv’s. Leather sofa had many scuffs and gouges in the leather, 1 bed had scratches all over the footboard, the other bed had the wrong mattress supports (queen instead of king), they no clue how to open the safe so I had to call the manufacturer. Worst experience ever.

Have always been very pleased with them. However my last visit was was not good. Had to return 2 items because of bad advice from an associate in the electronics department. Spent many hours trying to get my items to work. He didnt really listen to what I needed. Associate wasnt very knowledgeable in that department.

Very rude and bad service at pay counter. They need more training! No eye contact and cold and noticed they treat others differently been a customer since they’ve open Rc Willy The sales people are nice!

Each furniture item I have purchased from RCWilley has been delivered either damaged or defective. Of course they offer a 10 percent discount each for the inconvenience. RCWilley should sell QUALITY furniture from the start and this won't happen. Hopefully, I will have better luck with my recent electronics purchase. However, it is concerning because it does make me wonder if I should buy the electronics extended warranty. Even though I know extended warranties are usually not worth it.

They delivered 5 times to our house all damaged items. Junk quality and they don’t care. Don’t waist your money at RC Willey!!!

Continually changed delivery times and dated without notifying us as to theses changes. Given we were moving into a new home we had a number of scheduled events which had to be closely timed to accommodate movers, internet, appliance installation, painters, DTV, electrical s, new furniture, ad infinitum. The most horrible customer service EVER. I bought a washer and they set it up to be delivered after we got home from work. Then they leave a message hours before anyone will be home that they will be there in 15 minutes. Since nobody was home they left the area. Said they could maybe come back at midnight. Midnight! Then still couldn't do that. Said they would deliver the next day at right time. Now saying they don't even have my delivery on the truck. I will never shop there again. Hope they go out of business. When I purchased my living room and dining room sets at RC Willey on Stephanie in Las Vegas, I was misinformed on an adjustment made on my purchase to reflect the posted price. I called back within 30 days as instructed by the salesman to call back to get the fourth of July sales. Sadly, it did not go so well and I was transferred to one of the managers (Matt).
