In all the years we have bought from them, anytime we had a problem or were disappointed in what we purchased, they resolved it to our satisfaction, sometimes even at a level high than our expectations. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Even remembered my name when I came back in with my husband a couple hours later. It was a relief to see they had stock in their warehouse and I didn’t keep being told it would be another 3 months till your furniture arrives.
