Great customer service. Helped me choose the right fridge for me on my budget.
RC Willey customer service is head and shoulders above the rest. In all the years we have bought from them, anytime we had a problem or were disappointed in what we purchased, they resolved it to our satisfaction, sometimes even at a level high than our expectations. This particular purchase was a smaller one, but there was a recording glitch in their computers in their payment office. We were dealing with the supervisor named Sierra. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Even remembered my name when I came back in with my husband a couple hours later. It was a relief to see they had stock in their warehouse and I didn’t keep being told it would be another 3 months till your furniture arrives.

I love RC Willey. The prices are completely reasonable and even price matched. The sales representatives are never pushy and they in-store finance offering up to one year internet free.
My sales people were amazing. Tracey in clearance and manuel, both helped me find the perfect mattress and sectional. They both spent a quite amount of time showing me different pieces. I was overall really happy with my purchases, and cant wait to be back. :)
Service was excellent. Salesman was helpful in describing the features and benefits on our purchase. Knew the product well and gave helpful advice. Very friendly staff.
