The store is always well organized with sufficient sales people who are willing to help. Our salesperson, Alex, was very knowledgeable and helpful and we were able to buy our 2 appliances easily. Would definitely shop there again.
The salesman Lee B****** was great and patient. There was a little confusion on my part about the budget vs clearance furniture. He explained it more than 3 times.

I’ve shopped at RC Willie many times and the reason we continue to go back is because of the quality of the products, the prices, and the customer service there is the best.
They really have the worst service. I’ve bought a fridge that came in dented then had to wait 3-4months for a replacement. That fridge cost me over 4K. Then I bought a sectional that came in with a faulty piece that was replace 3 times plus a visit from a device technician! I finally called them and told them that it should be replace for a completely different sectional as the current one kept breaking and was not comfortable.
