After meeting with Kevin W***** of RiteRug at our home, we decided on wood planked vinyl for our home ... it is just beautiful. Kevin provided exceptional customer service and the installation team was second to none. We could not be happier and highly recommend RiteRug.

We used the shop at home service. Kevin W***** was great; he came to our house twice with a lot of samples and was very patient while we made our choice. He followed up with us throughout the installation and after. I would definitely recommend Kevin for great customer service!
Had a great experience working with Rich in Strongsville, he was extremely patient and they gave the best advice, and price, of anyone around. Will definitely go back when we are ready for another house full of flooring!

My neighbor had a good experience d at Rite Rug and recommended them. She worked with Gayle C****** and recommended her. I went in and she helped me on a whole house flooring project. She came to my house and carefully measured (only 3 extra boxes when the job was complete !!) and walked me through all the steps. She was very helpful. I love my new vinyl plank floors!! Would definitely recommend Rite Rug, Gayle and the vinyl plank flooring!!
We had a very positive experience with Rite Rug on our purchase of our carpet . Our rep David B********* was very helpful in determining our needs and setting up our install and following up afterwards. The two installers were very professional and worked very hard in making the install easy for us. Their work and cleanup was excellent.
