We bought several thousand dollars worth of carpet and paid to have furniture moved...they did not move anything just shoved our Henredon armoire over. Then they proceeded to leave and not move it back either. Worst experience ever. The pad we paid extra for is terrible at every door opening , it went flat.Connie and Steve Deems.

We ordered Wicanders Cork Flooring from this company. It arrived with many dents and crushed corners. They sent us two boxes for free and Wicanders also sent us two boxes for free. They arrived with crushed boxes corners, dents in the flooring, etc. I expect to put dings and dents in a floor. They now tell me that the pictures I sent them of the damaged boards shows acceptable damage and that my expectations are unrealistic. If you want a damaged product order from this company.
He installed shag carpeting in our bedroom. They came at the appointed time, completed the job quickly. It looked nice and they cleaned up before they left.
