Carpet One installed new flooring in my whole house (2400 sq. ft) including pergo, hardwood and tile. The work was first rate. They took just a little longer than planned but really paid attention to the details and worked carefully to complete the project.

We purchased and had carpet installed for our entire 2nd floor. They were very accommodating, coming on two different days so we did not have to carry our furniture down stairs. They provided free removal of old carpet as well. Install was quick and professional. Sales in the store were very knowledgeable and provided great honest information.

We purchased new carpet for our entire house and new tile for our two upstairs bathrooms. We are very happy with the results. The carpet is very good quality and they did a great job installing it. The installers seemed genuinely interested in making us happy. They did an excellent job on the tile work also. Overall the price, service and quality are excellent and I would recommend them.

I had kitchen tile and new wood floors installed due to water damage. Larry wad very helpful in choosing floors within my budget. He has the most professional install team that I've ever seen! These men worked constantly and could be trusted with the keys to my home. Kudos! We are still working on a issue with the front door not opening.

They were timely on the estimate appointment and very thorough. Their showroom is amazing. Huge space with lots of different brands and products. They are able to provide installation as needed.

We love the hardwood floor that we had put in from Carpet One. We did almost our entire downstairs and everyone complements us on them when they come in. The workers that came to our house were very professional. We had a couple of small places where the boards weren't snug together, but they came out and fixed that for us quickly. Thank you.

We worked with a lady at Carpet Giant when building our home named Gay Lucas who was fabulous! I told her the style and colors that I like and she helped me with everything from flooring to exterior rock. She was absolutely amazing and informative. I will definitely be using her when we finish our basement!!!
