Carpet One in Merced provides great service. Everything went just as I expected. Bob understood the look I was going for and steered me in the right direction. Al and Wade did an excellent job with the installation. I'm loving it.

Let's just say their quality control needs to improve. The staff members are nice, they have the best intentions to make your home beautiful but the end product always has something wrong. Because our contractor only deals with this company, we had to go with them multiple times but I wouldn't go back there because of the headaches (and heartaches) we had this last bastion Reno. Loved the service & the selection. I never go anywhere else. My hardwood installation was amazing! We have been very satisfied with this company for years. This is our fourth project with them.

We shopped around at both big box and local flooring stores before deciding to go ahead with Dean's Carpet One Nashua. They gave us a competitive price and did a good job with the install. I would go to them again.
