I found a carpet that I liked at a different store but wasn't happy with the price. I needed 150 yards for 4 bedrooms and a hallway which was the entire second level of my house. I took a carpet sample from store to store trying to find a better price. Much to my surprise no two stores carry the same carpeting. Larry was very helpful with our choice in new carpet. Tear out was quick, installation might have went faster if both installers kept on the job. Jake left to dump the old carpet, which I thought could have waiting until the job was finish. Over all, we are happy with our new carpet & would recommend Universal to our friends.
Universal Carpet was a pleasure to deal with. Our floors came out beautifully. We are very pleased with the quality. The installer was very professional and meticulous. He did an excellent job. Overall a wonderful experience!
My challenge was to pick carpeting for two rooms in a home I did not yet own and had very limited access to. Larry helped me navigate quality, texture and color so that I actually got beautiful living room carpet in the exact right color and a very nice and interesting carpet for a bedroom. Larry's help was invaluable, and I felt very confident in his recommendations. Oh, and the price was quite good. I feel I got good value.
We had terrific service with Universal. I met Larry through a prior job and knew that he was thorough and conscientious. When I needed new carpet, I knew who I could count on. The installers were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Universal.
Universal Carpet has great customer service. I had Cary Saar come to my home three years ago so we could pick out carpeting. He measuerd the place and gave us a quote. We decidied not to get the carpet then, but chose recently to get it. Cary had everything still on file and the only thing that went up in price was the carpet. Wonderful experience from the initial contact with Larry through the installation of carpeting in our living/dining room, stairs and two bedrooms. Larry was always prompt with information and providing samples and the two installers were very professional and friendly.
Universal Carpet is dependable, knowledgeable, has great variety of flooring products and was a superior value. The carpet and tile they did throughout my home is wonderful! I refer my friends whenever someone needs flooring!
