Everything went very well. Although it took us over a year to decide Larry was very patient and always treated us great. The price we think was fair and the installers were polite and friendly and did everything we asked. We would recommend Universal to our friends and family if they need any flooring needs. I contacted Universal Carpet to come out to my residence to provide me with a quote. I explained to Larry that I was putting my town home on the market and needed to replace the worn carpet with new carpet on a set budgeted amount that I had in mind. He was able to provide me a quote that was wthin my budget. I let Larry know that I had other projects to finish prior to the installation my carpet. they did a professional job and on time worked hard and gave information that I never new already recommended them to others and hope to be calling them back to do more floor work.
First time we tried Universal Carpet and we were happy with the results from ordering to install. The carpet was installed one week after the order because we needed to have it done as soon as possible and Cary accommodated us. The quality and price of the carpet was very good. The install people were clean and courteous. Cary followed through after the install to check on our satisfaction with the work. We have other rooms to do and would use Universal Carpet again.

Cary and the team were awesome! We needed to carpet most of the rooms in our house and wanted to find someone who would work with us on staging the installation. I compared Universal Carpets to two other companies that provided product and installation. This for a kitchen floor installation. Cary Saar helped give me options, and supplies samples i could use to determine compatibility with my other color choices. He explained what would be done, and how long it would take. We were very satisfied with our carpet purchase as well as installation from Universal Carpet. Larry was very knowledgeable and was able to assist us in selecting the perfect carpet to fit our needs as well as budget. The installers, Jake and Josh were very hard working and courteous and got the job done promptly as promised. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring product needs.
