I had a waterproof laminate installed in my kitchen and dining area and from sales through the installer I was impressed with the process and professionalism of 50 Floor. The Problem I experienced was my floor, being installed 3 years ago has started warping and has split or had a corner peel up which I called to have checked. I was told their installation only has a one year warranty, which I dont dispute, but I believe this to be a product defect issue which is covered by the manufacturer. Excellent work from the installers. Initially I wasnt happy when they over scheduled and didnt show up the day they were supposed to. They showed up the following day and didnt offer any discount on the bill - I called the ** and had a discussion, to which he made it right. Yes, this company is good and stands by their wordrecommended.

From the first phone call to the final walk through, everything went perfectly. We replaced carpet in my mothers 140 year old farm house and were supported the entire way. ***** from 50 Floor kept us informed and answered all our questions. Our installer, Hani with HF Floor, was amazing to work with. He kept us updated, was on time, was very clear about what he would be doing and why and did excellent work. Thank you!

The entire experience with this company was so great. *******, our consultant was so nice and professional and didn't try to pressure us into buying something we couldn't afford. He patiently went through all of the options with us and helped us make a decision that really meets our family's needs. And ***** and his work crew...all I can say is WOW! The installation job was done very well. My only complaint is that a layer of dust was left almost everywhere

Hi, 50 Floor (Hani)We purchased carpet from 50 Floors and the installer, Hani, came out today to install it. He got the job done in 2.5 hours, and what a fantastic job they did. The carpet looks good and it feels good too. So when I first contacted 50 floor I thought always on local television, pushy, over advertising etc. no I had a quote from a highly professional person, who gave me a quote way below other competitors, then the experience, after accepting, I was amazed the organization, the skill, knowledge, cleanliness was extreme and also the speed, understanding of the installers and logistic specialists. I cannot say enough except true professionals. Please give her them a chance , you will not regret it
