I had carpet installation scheduled for November 22, and the installers were here. We spent two days moving everything out of our closets, living room, den, and dining room, including draining a large fish tank that had to be emptied for the installation. Then we wasted our entire morning when the men came to install because they didn't have the correct padding; they brought 6lb when I ordered 8 lb water barrier padding. The best part was the installation team, great job. Our salesman ***** said he was going to give us a inconvenience check because of installation rescheduling problems, after many calls and text messages and 6 months later no response. If we owed them money we would have to pay up. I thought we had an agreement but i guess when they owe money they ignore you.*** *********, ******** ****

I do not recommend this company, I wish I would have received more estimates and educated myself with my options Buyer Beware !!!

Poor Work!! Definitely do NOT recommend. Will not use again and will not refer to anyone. False advertisement of professional installers. Didn't even have the tools on them to do the work. Damage was done to multiple items and floor not installed properly.

Do not use 50 Floor!! There salesman ******* will promises you that your carpet will be installed by a certain date and they dont even have it in stock. Then he will not even have the decency to return your call. Then they charge you 20% restocking fee when you cancel for carpet they dont even have.

This company is awful. Be prepared for no answers to your questions or complaints and also be prepared for the worst flooring install ever. Installers are foreign and cannot understand your concerns and they leave before the job is complete. Worst company we have ever had to deal with. Their customer service is awful.

I have been trying for six months to get this company to repair my flooring. They have ignored me and my request to fix $12,000 worth of flooring. The flooring is coming up from the corners and lifting planks. Every time I call, they tell me that they are trying to find the flooring which I know is not true. This company should not be advertising about service that they do not honor. I will most definitely not recommend this company.

I agree with these reviews. Nightmare installed. A year and the boards came lose. 9/24 left multiple emails with Ebony. She never responded after emails with pics. They just get worse with each day Her boss finally called and I believed him stating they would be coming today to fix them. He still hasn't returned my calls so no clue if they are coming to fix.Luckily I have the name of someone last year who did help and I PRAY she is still there.
