I have been trying for six months to get this company to repair my flooring. They have ignored me and my request to fix $12,000 worth of flooring. The flooring is coming up from the corners and lifting planks. Every time I call, they tell me that they are trying to find the flooring which I know is not true. This company should not be advertising about service that they do not honor. I will most definitely not recommend this company.

I agree with these reviews. Nightmare installed. A year and the boards came lose. 9/24 left multiple emails with Ebony. She never responded after emails with pics. They just get worse with each day Her boss finally called and I believed him stating they would be coming today to fix them. He still hasn't returned my calls so no clue if they are coming to fix.Luckily I have the name of someone last year who did help and I PRAY she is still there.

I had an estimate done today 10/20/2025. I young man that came to my home was very nice and respectful. He actually spoke very highly of the company. While I he was my last estimate, because I was going to compare prices. He tried to price match the estimates already received. He then called his boss, when I tell you he was the rudest person. 50 floor.. they're not a good company. We spent over $15,000 and still paying you guys.. They had to come back numerous times do some repairs and to correct some mistakes.They didn't even believe until we had to show them proof. The floors are getting discolored. If anything drops we wipe it right away.. We are very careful with what's on our floor.. we very careful with the products we use on our floor.. it's very difficult to reach someone and to get someone to come by and see what's going on. My husband and I purchased a new home (just under ***** sq. ft.) and needed new flooring throughout. They do not follow through or help when the customer has a problem with the ***********************. My LVP kitchen floor is literally cracking down the middle. Its very poor quality and ****** was very rude but was the one trying to assist me. However, he left the company and then ******* started helping me with the claim but then she left the company. It is very frustrating. The quality of the floor is extremely poor and they dont stand behind their products! Money wasted!!

RUN!!! The "installers" are sub contractors that are HORRIBLE! The "sales manager" will "fix things" never happened. Other review gave me someone to contact which was definitely and off shore phone bank and never got a call back. "Life time" warranty on floor a joke,,,gave the card ******* to fix any issues and they did NOTHING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON TJIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

This company is a rip off. They send a nice sales person to your home. This person claims to be taking measurements of your home for carpet installation and you have to pay half upfront if you want to get installation. When the installers come to your home and take measurements, they inform you that the sales persons measurements are wrong. The company then starts their con game, of telling the installers to send the measurements again. This went for three different measurements being taken. The only reason they got it too is because the guys that did the work worked really hard but with that being said what an awful company to do business with forget your little warranty forget your lifetime I'm workmanship it don't happen they don't honor it they say they do they don't I have pictures of scratches all over my wood oh of course
